Q: Is it illegal to buy any of your products in India?
A: None of our products are illegal to buy in India, since none of the products we sell are banned for import or sale in India. For further elaborate clarification: there is no Indian law banning the sale or use of sexual wellness products unless they are marketed or displayed in an obscene manner. India has certain laws governing ‘obscenity’ and as a retailer, we follow these rules and present carefully selected products on our site in a tasteful manner, keeping these norms in mind. Q: What does discreet packaging mean exactly?
A: We will send out your order in a 100% branding free shipping box. This way neither the delivery person nor your nosy neighbours will know what you bought from us! All orders are sent with the non-descript return address name of "LT Digital Pvt. Ltd." instead of "Lovetreats". Your bank statement as well will not mention the brand Lovetreats. Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from our warehouse in Bangalore. All items are customs cleared so you do not have any customs trouble.
Q: Do I have to pay customs duty?
A: No, you do not have to pay customs duty since the products you order are already customs cleared and in our India warehouse.
Q: Which shipping provider do you use?
A: We use Fedex, Blue Dart, E-Com Express, Aramex depending on the service availability to your pincode.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: You will get a tracking link in your email within 48 hours of placing the order. This happens once the courier partner scans your parcel at the collection centre. You can track your order using this link.
Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: Unless indicated differently on the product page, the standard delivery time for our products is 4 - 6 working days.
Q: My order has not arrived yet, what do I do?
A: Unless indicated differently on the product page, the standard delivery time for our products is 4 - 6 working days. If your parcel has not arrived within 6 working days, we kindly ask you to allow a couple of extra days in case there are any local postal delays. If you have still not received your order after allowing an extra couple of days please write to us at lovetreats@lovetreats.in and make sure you include your order number when you email.
Q: How will my order be packaged and how is it discreet?
A: We will send out your order in a 100% branding free shipping box. This way neither the delivery person nor your nosy neighbors will know what goodies you shop for online! All orders are sent with the non-descript return address named "LT Digital Pvt. Ltd.” INSTEAD of "Lovetreats". Your bank statement will not reflect the Lovetreats brand either! Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it is confirmed?
A: Just write to lovetreats@lovetreats.in with your order no. and we will take care of the rest. If the item is already shipped, you can easily return (unopened) products for up to 15 days and we will refund you the full amount. Q: How can I return or exchange an item?
A: You can return or exchange most (unopened) items for up to 15 days after delivery. Please mail it back and include the invoice. Write us a note to specify which item you are returning and whether you would like a refund or which items you would like in exchange. Q: My order is faulty, what do I do?
A: We are very sorry if your product has proved faulty and would like to resolve the problem quickly for you. For returning a faulty product, please write to us at lovetreats@lovetreats.in within 5 days of receiving the product and we will take care of claiming the warranty with the supplier in order to refund you.
Q: My order or invoice is incorrect, what do I do?
A: We apologize if you received an incorrect order or invoice from us and would like to fix our mistake as quickly as possible! In case of a wrong order, please write to us at lovetreats@lovetreats.in with your order no. and send a picture of the item you received. Q: Which payment options do you offer?
A: We offer secure online payment via credit card, debit card and net banking where our payment is processed through a secured payment gateway. We also offer Cash on Delivery for select pin codes.
Q: Will the name Lovetreats appear on my bank statement?
A: No. All invoices are sent with the non-descript name of "LT Digital Pvt. Ltd." instead of "Lovetreats". Your credit card/bank statement therefore will not mention the brand Lovetreats.

Q: If I enter my email address or Phone number will you sell my information?
We do not sell any customer information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. Phone numbers are for delivery people to call incase they are unable to find the address or for us to verify the phone number before shipping for COD orders.
Q: Are any of the products harmful for my health?
A: All our products are carefully selected and sourced from international, tried and tested premium brands to ensure your health and safety. Each product which might be new to you comes with a detailed manual to ensure right usage. And if you have any questions that aren’t answered by the manual we are always here to reply to your questions via email! All lovetoys we offer are made of bodysafe materials like medical grade silicone. Using intimate toys does not increase your risk for infections as long as you make sure to clean them before and after use. All lubricants, massage products and oils are tried and tested for skin friendliness on intimate areas and meet dermatological standards to ensure safety.
