A: None of our products are illegal to buy in India, since none of the products we sell are banned for import or sale in India. Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it is confirmed?

A: Unfortunately, no. Changing or cancelling your order after it is confirmed is not possible, because the payment will already be processed. Q: How can I return or exchange an item?

A: You can return or exchange most (unopened) items for up to 15 days after delivery. Please mail it back and include the invoice. Q: My order is faulty, what do I do?

A: We are very sorry if your product has proved faulty and would like to resolve the problem quickly for you. For returning a faulty product, please post it back to us and we will take care of claiming the warranty with the supplier in order to refund you.
