Shipping & Returns
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link which also informs about the scheduled delivery date.
1. Pre-paid Orders
The standard delivery time varies between 2-4 working days.
2. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
Depending on the courier service availability for your PIN code, the delivery time for COD orders varies between 2-6 working days.
Due to hygiene and security reasons, most of our items can’t be returned unless faulty. All goods returned for warranty claims will be inspected on return to determine whether warranty is applicable. In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty product or your product stops working within the warranty period, please write to email@example.com an our customer service team will help you with the applicable resolution of either an exchange or a refund.
Some goods that by reason of their nature can’t be returned - (Items such as underwear, where the ’hygiene patch’ has been removed, or cosmetics where the seal has been broken).
It’s very important that when you return an item, you include your name and order number with the parcel. Our customer service team will coordinate with you once the items are deemed to fit the conditions for exchange or refund.
In the event of refund, please allow 15 working days for the funds to show in your account.
Please note that the shipping cost will only be refunded if the item is faulty or damaged.
